Service Description
Whether for high-level corporate engagements or personal errands, your chauffeur remains at your disposal for the duration of the day, following your itinerary with total flexibility. Service Specifications: Daily Allowance: Includes 350 km of travel per day (Pricing Beyond the Cap = R12.50 per km). Duration: Standard day rate covers up to 9 hours of standby and drive time. (Note: Overtime beyond 9 hours is billed at a flat hourly rate of R950 per hour) All-Inclusive: Rates include a professional chauffeur, covers fuel, tolls, Wi-Fi, water, charging ports, and real-time adjustments. Elite Fleet: Choose from our range of executive sedans, luxury flagship sedans (BMW 7 Series/ S-Class or similiar), or premium minivans (Mercedes V-Class/Hyundai Staria or similar). Cancellation Policy
Too Laanie | Booking & Service Policy 1. Reservations & Scheduling Lead Time: To ensure the highest standard of service, we recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance. Short-notice requests are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability. In-Car Amenities: Standard luxury amenities (Wi-Fi, bottled water, charging ports) are complimentary. Specific refreshments or requests may be accommodated if arranged at the time of booking. 2. Pricing & Payments Base Rates: Our standard flat rates include a specified kilometer allowance. Excess Mileage: Journeys exceeding the inclusive cap are billed at R12.50 per km. This rate accounts for fuel, tolls, and the vehicle’s return journey to its primary hub. Wait Time: For airport pickups, we offer a complimentary 60-minute grace period from the time of flight arrival. For all other pickups, a 20-minute grace period applies. Subsequent wait time will be billed in 30-minute increments. 3. Cancellations & No-Shows Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Late Cancellation & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 4 hours of the booking, or failure to arrive at the designated pickup point (No-Show), are non-refundable and will be billed at the full rate. Flight Delays: We monitor all commercial flights in real-time. No fees apply for flight delays; however, if a flight is diverted or cancelled, the client must contact us immediately to reschedule. 4. Safety & Conduct Vehicle Capacity: For safety and insurance compliance, the number of passengers and luggage pieces must not exceed the vehicle’s rated capacity. Passenger Conduct: We maintain a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping policy in all vehicles. Any cleaning or repair fees resulting from passenger negligence will be the responsibility of the client. Substitutions: While we strive to provide the specific vehicle class requested, Too Laanie reserves the right to substitute with a comparable or upgraded vehicle should operational needs arise.
